The thread was about isotretinoin? and no it won't make a drastic difference, you could slightly reduce how bulbous your nose looks/the width of your alar base by using hydrocortisone. I've seen some guides on it.

Hydrocortisone cream
That can help shrink the galland tip of ur nose if it’s bulbous
But that’s pretty much it .
Rhino if you want any cartilage change .
