does tretinoin slim down ur nose if applied in that area?

had a shower thought and it got me thinking that there shouldnt be a difference between tretinoin and isotretinoin except ones a topical,weaker and one is a pill, but surely if applied to the nose it should slim down. someone tell me im wrong

tretinoin doesn't slim the nose that much. When I applied it directly to my nose, it fucked up the skin there. I thought maybe it would improve but then I gave up.
Go with isotretinoin if you want a slimmer nose

I think it could possibly do that a little bit, but your best bet for that is isotretinoin and hydrocortisone, i feel like applying it topically could sometimes lead to irritation which could ironically make the nasal tip (or whatever other tissue you put the cream on) more swollen. But I try to convince myself its working.
