Doing a CCW Rotation (I'm assuming you're recessed) + a big movement during the genioplasty will make your jaw and chin appear wider. It will look better and fix the recession, but if you are looking for actual widening then it's another surgery completely.

Is supras and infras easy to get and reliable? And does it make flat maxilla appear worse?

Supras are really rare and they can make the brows displaced so which you would need to fix in a second procedure and I don't know how reliable that is. Infras are commonly done but l have heard mixed reviews from people who have done them. And I don't think they can make maxilla seem more flat. But it depends if you have paranasal discrepancy

Just means that you lack bone in the paranasal area. You move the lower part of the psranasal area with lefort 1 but you could have bad in the upper part too
