Does TRT really cause infertility?

I am thinking about hoping on it but read inferitility is a side effect is there any way to prevent this?

No but if you quit it you wont have good sperm until 3 months till you recover unless you use it for 10 years then use hcg
When i quit trt i didnt have good sperm shots till the 3 months
