No they won't care. Ideally, if they are pharma grade steroids with the original packaging they definitely won't care.

But even with vials and syringes, they usually won't care. They are after the people trying to smuggle in cocaine, heroin, etc

Who knows but a doctor can prescribe you fent aswell, however airport security is a bitch and they will make a drama out of everything. So its definitely a risk you are taking.
