i have deepset eyes other wise due to my good brow ridge, i just need a small reduction in sceral show


i have no sceral show in the morning but by the evening my eyes lose the almond shape

I think undereye fillers or fat reduces scleral show and increase cantal tilt a bit. The most logical way to go about it would be to get a fat transfer first and see if it works for you. If it doesn't work enough go for the invasive surgeries
