I use it now for about, maybe half a year orso.
I noticed no growth. Actually, my hairs have become less, but i dunno if it has anything to do with that. Since my hair on my head has also thinned a substantial/fair amount the last half year.

Immediately with Vaseline. It looked more thick, and more dark colored. And it's easier to groom.
Putting on to much vaseline, looks gay as hell.
