I wondered the whole time why im getting some „grey“ hair which is impossible cuz im mid 20‘s, i have overdosed heavily on vitamin C in the last 9-12 months. I ate a whole lemon almost every day, as well as other foods containing Vitamin C and supplements containing Vitamin C on top of that. Hardcore overdose. Ill reduce it now to a minimum.
