But the fighters doctor checked his blood and was like woahhh you taking way too much vitamin D wtf. And then the physio said "whats the bad side effects of taking too much vitamin d?"
The doctor didnt know, so he googled it and theres literally no possible bad side effect. If u have too much vitamin D u just piss it out

every week? thats not a high doseI take 50k IU every week because I have been prescribed it. Since I took vit D I am a lot more chill - i think my test levels have gone back to normal again
