You can take my lips i dont like them they are pretty big, 1:1 ratio size too

if we are saying lower lip to upper lip yes
But most of the time the first variable is the upper lip so ideal would be 1:1.4 - 1:2.1

Anything lower or 1:1 is fine tbh. Its mainly about your philtrum, your lower thirds upper half vs your lower third's lower half,
