yes cardio helps since youre sweating and getting rid of salts and water, higher metabolism as well
 
cutting sodium, carbs and sugar is the only way to debloat. drink water and increase potassium intake. keto diet too
 
i feel walking doesnt do shit but joggin,spriting,basically anything that causes you to sweat can be great for debloating
