assuming your t levels are impacted at all id imagine it increases. but humans are not easily fooled. so you probably wont notice a change. playing fps games must increase it by at least a small bit

idk man just think about it, we sit allday on our chair and stare on a screen, how could this possibly increase T.

being sedentry does kinda I think but being active only increases if you do hiit im pretty sure
