IMO if you're looking to use it as a source of instant gratification, don't as this can take away from your looksmaxxing ambitions. If you wanna use it once in a while to relax or with friends and you're not fat then its fine. Keep in mind if you've never smoked and you do too much it's known to cause panic attacks and paranoia as well as cause depersonalization/derealization which can last from a day to a year I had this experience the first time JFL
