It usually doesn’t matter unless it’s REALLY bad. Work out your lats and shoulders and you’ll naturally look like you have a bigger frame if that’s what you’re afraid of

It can still get bigger. Usually it stops expanding between ages 18 to 25, you got nothing to worry about just yet lol.

But focus on the gym, you can make up for some of it with a bigger looking frame by working your traps, shoulders, lats, etc

So so, I don't think Henry Cavill would be rejected because of wingspan
