Does Wolff's law only really apply for jaw training?

Since bonesmashing isnt actually use wolffs law, it seems that consistent chewing of the jaw is the only application of wolffs law to looksmaxxing, since it increase bonemass via the logical application of this study:


Since this point is established, what exactly does effective jaw training do to the face other than the width and bone density of the jaw?

does that apply to jaw clenching as well? I have subconciously done that for a while and my muscles seem bigger, but I also feel that my jaw has become asymetrical. I could be i havent noticed till now, but who knows
 
I wouldn't do that, and you should discuss assymtry with your ortho, hopfully it's dental rather skeltal
