Not in terms of bonemashing no, bonemashing has a different nuance, wolfslaw is sustained axial torsional load, facial bones do not bear that, in very simplified terms, the bone has to compress in on itself internally, not from an external factor, and it has to be chronic

No, bonemashing will definitely 100% help your zygos, its just it doesnt follow wolffs law and give you genuine real true bone growth, im not against it personally im js against the idea that ppl think it'll magically stimulate the law and cause osteoblast activity

I read that its only temporary soft tissue swelling and will disappear after some time. Is that true? And how often should i bonesmash

Theres a lot more nuance to that, yes its a bit of edema formation but there is a genuine growth factor somewhat, yes you have to bonemash regularly for the effect to be there, but you cant bonemash too much --> bone loss and too little --> not sustained
1. you gotta be really really lean and a good lymphatic drainage system for bonemashing to be even effective, hitting fat is worse than not bonemashing at all
2. BM everytime you can visibly see the swelling go significantly down, so once every 4d for me, depends on ur lymph drainage and leanness

Im talking abt the bodies natural lymph drainage system, its mainly affected by heavy seed-oil diets and whatnot, you dont haaaave to do manual drainage

I recommend watching diet then in that case and eating better foods, bonemashing is kinda dependant on how good your drainage is asw

Should i remove all seed oils? Is olive oil fine for cooking food for the gym? Or should i only use the air fryer? Also can u check dm

Remove all seed oils, cook in ghee, butter or beef tallow
Olive oil is fine-ish [still recommend not using] as long as youre not cooking at high temp for long time, still oxidizes and has same effect has other pufas, yeah u could only use air fryer if you want

no, bonesmashing actually works but no actual bone growth is happening its only extra tissue

Should i bonesmash if i got acne? Cuz my acne starts hurting not my actual face once i start

Pretty sure it just makes your bones stronger

no, bonesmashing works a whole different way and it is cope for looks but it works. It works by subperiosteal hematoma which has already been made a thread about in this forum so u can search for it
