now with all info i knew i can say truth

the problem will be the desire to sleep, if you get enough sleep then 0 damage, if you want to sleep more each time, this is what worsens the health indicators, this shows that the body does not have time to regenerate from so much work

the problem is working 8 hours or more, traveling from work to home, chores and still needing some time to socialize, optimal sleep is going to suffer 100%

I would homeless-maxx, but it’s too cold where i live, i need a place to stay during winters, so i have to work to pay rent and all that
