helps with balding because of blod flow

theres correlation between recession and hairloss

also low frequency laser theraphy works by increasing bloodflow and so does drmarolling

facial recession and dowward growth

yes it would help but take fin and minox anyway its not signifiant enough to stop it on its own

Yeah I heard recession reduces blood flow to the head too bad mewing is cope and you can’t do shit about it unless you get surgeries

yes getting BiMax to fix my downward grwoth soon

just wish there was an easy osteotomy to give me forward growth on the cheeks and orbitals - i might have to go to the dephts of japan or south korea to do that since they do it there

Gymcelling, even without roiding, produces more T in the body, which means more conversion to DHT. You dont need to gymcel to increase bloodflow. Simple exercises as well as hand stand/head stand can achieve the same thing. Even certain slow yoga exercises improve bloodflow without creating cortisol.

working out is too easy of a fix

need LL, clavicle lengthening or BiMax to ascend realistically
