im going to fast until the 30th and will probably get facial gains

i will get jaw gains and hopefully become higher T after this so will i get facial changes in my early 20s if i was fat all of puberty?

Yes my face look more masculine now at 21 then when i was 19 but idk it might be just because of bodyfat or some other shit
