Like seriously, when its sunny and bright outside I get so much motivation to do shit, go for a run, workout really hard and it makes me automatically happy.
On the other hand when its dark, cloudy and gloomy outside I feel so unmotivated, low energy and feel like shit.
Or is it just me?
