hydrogen peroxide liquid itself, i have a glass bottle and yeah it works, i also have crest 3d strips and they also work
i also have used aliexpress peroxide GELS and i have all the gear (uv light and strays and everything)

depends on teeth like my teeth i dont think i can get them whiter and they arent even that white

yeah i have done like lets say 20 sessions and swished pure peroxide dillutedbin little bit of water bla bla ill just use my rest of the strips ( like 20 more sessions )

It helps temporally and often least to damaged teeth rather get teeth bleaching or veeners
