hydrogen peroxide liquid itself, i have a glass bottle and yeah it works, i also have crest 3d strips and they also work
i also have used aliexpress peroxide GELS and i have all the gear (uv light and strays and everything)
depends on teeth like my teeth i dont think i can get them whiter and they arent even that white

hydrogen peroxide is the main component its in every whitening thing, most if not all chinese whitening things are fake and dont contain peroxide

yeah i have done like lets say 20 sessions and swished pure peroxide dillutedbin little bit of water bla bla ill just use my rest of the strips ( like 20 more sessions )
