dog shit insertions

can i build aesthetic physique? all my insertions seem to be dog shit. i have no visible chest muscle but i can feel the gap, my biceps are giga short but not comical and same is true for rest of the muscles. unfortunately i have 5-6inch wrists as well so my forearms will probably always look small and weak
