what causes the dog like side profile look? like when looking forward, the upper third is like hella set back. I presume this is just lack of ccw rotation or too much cw rotation + recession

i do have a shit mandible and my maxilla is kinda recessed too (look at nose). obviously no browridge but 14 so

ignore my overbite I’m getting braces+rubber bands and an MSE to try and fix it but would you say I have a “dog side profile”

It's avoidable with PEEK implants on the midface + upper third
