Next door neighbour. I have no access to it and cant sedate it. It is summer and very hot, when I open my window I can hear it like its just next to my window. And it kind of is, there is like 20 meters between my window and the dog.

They don't even live there most of the time and just come on weekends. This is their "weekend house" a retreat from the city. The other neighbour feeds the dog for them.
