Used properly how? Like it's supposed to be used? Even then I'm too high inhib because i definitely don't want to risk periorbital fat loss

First the reports that Latisse cause periorbital fat loss come from studies of patients with Glaucoma who dropped it directly into their eyes. This is way different than applying it to the lash line with a small precise brush, almost zero risk of any significant changes. It can however cause darkening usually at the lash line, if it does you can just stop as these aren’t permanent and mostly reversible.

If you want to avoid all risks apply silicone gel or Vaseline on your upper eyelids. Apply a undereyepad to the bottom. Apply to the lash line and strands with a small brush, very slow and careful.
