doing botox on nose by myself, reduce nose flaring

What can go wrong ?

I want to decrease nasal flaring / deactivate the alar base muscle. I have a source for botox. I have been doing some research and I will inject 2 units of botox in each side. Since the dilator naris muscle is shallow i'll use a 31G needle.

I just need to inject somewhere on the pink X's
