essentially I will be copying this video but with 4 23g60mm blunt cogs on each side lengthening my outer canthus and pulling it up from the zygos

clav is retarded using sharp cogs because "muh bleed everywhere" theres a reason that clinics only use blunt with pilot needles, I will be using a 19G pilot needle to create puncture in the skin so the cogs can smoothly fit in before compressing the skin and pulling it up, rather than creating excess tissue trauma by puncturing the skin with barbed cogs that dont go in a straight direction.
I have prepared numbing cream and oral painkiller megadose for the procedure
