What do you guys eat/drink throughout the day to avoid headaches/tiredness

Only do OMAD if you're like 25% body fat and above make sure to supplement electrolytes, dont do intense exercise, drink alot of water and make sure to eat atleast 1500 calories in your 1 hour window

I don’t know what bf I am but assume 25+, I need exercise to maintain muscle. Biggest issue I have is throughout the day hunger pains

you will be very tired at first and you will probably suffer from hunger pains even more so I suggest keto for that but lifting will not be good you will be too tired to even finish a set for like a month or two till your body gets adapted

I have pretty good muscular endurance so I’ll think I’ll be alright lifting wise but thanks for advice

Try 20:4 instead of omad
Drink lots of water
 
If you are in puberty doing Omad is not good for hormonal and metabolic health, 2 meals a day is better.

Don't consume coffee/caffeine in a fasted state either, will increase cortisol and adrenaline on top of unsaturated fat oxidation causing lipid peroxidation (cellular damage) - take pufa free vitamin E at least to reduce the damage.

Headaches is sign of low blood sugar but after 3 or more days you should become fat adapted and then they should stop.

Nigga just count calories, and exercise more. Why take on these meme diets that aren't sustainable?

When I cut my calories I turn into an irritable asshole and would rather not get kicked out of my house so I’m looking for alternatives

Look dude you're gonna have to eat less calories than you burn in order to lose weight no way around it make sure you eat nutritious filling food and stick to your target

I did OMAD for a bit but for me personally, it isn't sustainable hence why I prefer intermittent fasting.

theres no way around it; but you can try to eat 70% / 3/4 as you ate before and see how you survive after that (ad libitum dieting) with pauses after you feel kinda full (20 min pause to see if you still feel full after- leptin) also high protein diets of tuna / beef quality protein you will feel satiated
 
Water with sone lemon in it, also oolong tea and puer tea.

I am lucky though, I only start to get headaches after about 21 hours, so it's not too hard to get to the 24hr I am for.

Also don't go crazy in Ur meal, try to keep as normal as u can, maybe slightly bigger
