It's not fake.

I have my heavy weightlifting routines in place which I perform solo, but I want to add in stretches and cardio for additional health-benefits and relaxation.
I think it's a good idea to do these things in a group-setting as I lack social-contact in my life, instead of doing these things on my own like I do with weight-lifting.

Some group yoga/pilates would be beneficial to my life. Foids are additional benefit.
