Will be using them to increase under-eye fullness (decreasing scleral show; with infra PLAs), increase canthal tilt (PLAs angled below lateral comissures), improve zygomatic contour to medial comissures of the mouth, increase zygomatic width, increase supraorbital prominance & increase philtrum prominance. After monos and superscrews I will eventually use cogs angled outside the eye lateral comissures for the "fox eye" lift and will use a horizontal cog thread behind my alar base to reduce the width.

I will report my results when I use the PLA threads.

Also if you are interested, AMA.

work ed ?

Yep my zygos/infras are boosted when viewed from my 3/4ths profile. For the other regions I placed them like my supras it doesn't seem to have made a large difference though I still have some left to place. By the way I meant PCL threads in this post but I got confused with PLA for some reason.

can you give me the sizes of the threads ?

when u say zygos/infras boosted wdym? like more projected? was this permanent?

It will last for about 1.5-2 years supposedly and yes more projected, more prominant cheekbones basically, my facial contour was flatter before.

What about canthal tilt?

You got any before/after pics?

Here is the 3/4 profile. I still have some maxillary asymmetry or asymmetrical facial puffiness from the front which I'm not sure of the cause yet. You can see in the before my profile is much more rouned and smoothed over while the contour is improved in the after.

I still plan to get infraorbital and possibly malar implants after this so it will be more of a lasting solution

Tbh, angle matters too. If you captured photo with the sane angle as the first, it would be great.
Its from a video so I can't get the perfect angle but it's definitely better than before, all 3/4 angles before were pretty much fully rounded but now my cheekbones stand out more

Any visible improvements for undereye area? Even less darkness would be good already. Volume is the final goal.

somewhat though my orbital vector is still at best neutral. I did do quite a few threads there. I think it's a slight improvement, my contour changes seem more significant
