kinobody also trains similarly to me, really low volume.It actually equally targets front and side delts. EMG shows this, and it’s why all pro bodybuilders shoulder press.
Even if you look at nattys with the biggest shoulders (Kinobody), they all prioritize shoulder press specifically for growing wide delts. Funny how the majority of people who “spam lateral raises” with zero ohp have small shoulders
