All you need to do is create artificial cowlicks on your eyebrows. You gotta do is take some moisturizer or hair wax to kinda make the inner edges of both eyebrows cow licked. Just like dark and thick eyelashes have so much impact on appearance of eyes, the licked edges will have similar effects. You only wanna make the inner edges not all the way because that would be kinda gay or feminine; there are some kinda procedures or makepup for that idk what it is called.
