Nah if you go to the beach resorts there are slim pretty Haitian girls with big asses and tits that will give you GFE even if you are LTN. I saw some Germans guys with them. Sosua is safer than the rest of Puerto Plata and where I went, amazing beach there too but you are going to pay American prices because it's the most premium beach area there. You also pay for everything separate (seat, drinks, umbrella, etc.) because they are master hustlers.

I'm sure if you spend a couple weeks down there you can try out different areas and scope out what's the best value. I know there are resorts in that area that are basically just apartments/condos for you to fuck hookers in.

The other thing is you're gonna get approached by a dude who will arrange anything you want. He will go out and find a virgin, cocaine, etc. if you ask him. The city has barbed wire everywhere and is legitimately ghetto as fuck except for a couple parts of the city.
