just train legs enough so they dont look comical compared to your upper body

i dont think you should focus on legs but you should still do leg excercises occasionally. it looks weird when niggas have buff upper bodies but fat legs

i already can't train legs with weight cause im hypermobile tbh someone injured my left leg in basketball 6 years ago and i never did a weighted squat since

u mean skinny legs , it s impossible to be buff in upperobdy/low bf and fat legs
not necessarily true if you're higher body fat and only train arms you'll end up with fat legs. this kinda only applies if you're tall and have higher body fat tho

okinawa i already know, and why does their calorie intake matter i never mentioned any like that, and u dont need to routinely train ur legs lmfao as long as they dont atrophy to unhealthy levels which shouldnt happen unless ure extremely sedentary

Nah, my dad has some insecurities with his legs, even more with the calves, people used to point that he looked wider in the upper body but too skinny in the lower, althought he Is short. And he has other friends that even in summer used long sweatpants
