Other than golf, he considers exercise misguided, arguing that a person, like a battery, is born with a finite amount of energy.”

Exercise, other than golf, of course, is viewed by Trump as an unnecessary drawing down of your battery life.

After college, after Trump mostly gave up his personal athletic interests, he came to view time spent playing sports as time wasted. Trump believed the human body was like a battery, with a finite amount of energy, which exercise only depleted. So he didn’t work out. When he learned that John O’Donnell, one of his top casino executives, was training for an Ironman triathlon, he admonished him, ‘You are going to die young because of this.’”

Trump said he was not following any special diet or exercise regimen for the campaign. ‘All my friends who work out all the time, they’re going for knee replacements, hip replacements – they’re a disaster,’ he said. He exerts himself fully by standing in front

I think he’s right. But there’s a middle ground, shouldn’t over do it

He was a 6'3 framemogger in his prime, so he's probably right.

Well if you're very obsessive about it and a total tryhard, who is pushing yourself to your limits every single time for decades, while taking little time off to recover from minor injuries when they happen, and instead you are pushing through it like an idiot David Goggins, then I see Trump's point. All this builds up and you're going to be having issues later in life. Otherwise, Trump is just talking nonsense here. For the average gym bro, who lifts weights 4-5 times a week and does some cardio, without doing stupid shit to satisfy his ego, exercise is quite beneficial. It improves your aesthetics, your physical health and your mental health.

Trump was ok looking, had an average physique and was tall, but most importantly he just had a lot of money and status, that's why he didn't care much about it. If your money and status are all that is needed in order to fuck young hot high fashion models, swimsuit models, playboy models, actresses etc, then it makes sense you won't care much about exercise or other types of looksmaxxing. A lot of the obsessive looksmaxxing is done to get women, more women, or better looking women. Most men are just coping saying crap like "i'm doing it for myself and to mog, bro" or "looks help people respect you and improves your life quality, bro". Nah, if you're more or less average(and most men are average), looks matter little for professional and social success, as long as you're not autistic and incompetent with little potential. Plus if you wanted to improve your life significantly you'd focus on social and professional success, not looksmaxxing. Money is more important than your looks if you want to improve your quality of life, and don't care much about dating/mating. Now if people were actually honest about it, they'd admit that banging and dating women, especially hot women, is integral to having a good quality of life, thus why looksmaxxing is important.

>abuses far higher than recommended doses of aspirin instead of exercising for his cardiac health
He’d fit right in here with the dudes spamming entire stacks of pharms whilst not exercising jfl

Tbh I don’t think Donald Trump would be as successful if he worked out and ate healthily. The zogfeed fuels his body because he is the ultimate Goyim he is literally designed for it.
