thats why u should meditate and train urself to be able to not think about anything, like nothing at all, so while u meditate u feel calm and peaceful.

then its like anime training arc u get better at meditation and u start unconciously meditating whenever ur outside or doing something else

you can now shut off ur brain and good job u no longer have anxiety/ stress and u will start to look better too thats wht sean o pri was talking about inner light

become spirituaal and train urself :feelsautistic::lul:❤️
