The healthier version is to chase/strive/cultivate personal value. I dont think andrew tate specifically preaches "chase money", or that making money is bad though. Just speaking a few ideas.

Money is situational, its not healthy to recommend broadly. Yes, everyone needs money, but what happens when you chase money without actually chasing the talents/value/ideas that create money, is that you chase a image. Money, or currency, is the representative of exchangeable power. that power in the form of talent, service, creativity etc. Iets say i work for someone (power of service), and get paid an representative of exchangeable power. This is money. I give my money to another, to buy a power. And they accept the money due to it being recognized as a medium/representative of power.

Telling people to chase money is telling them to chase a representative of the actual traits that make money. Do i have to explain why this is bad overall? This is what leads to scammers, and other greedy behaviors, and ultimately less money production. Though, im not really arguing against you or anything. I agree some men need to have more money/power in general. But in todays time, people would rather chase the actual coin instead of the thing behind it and it shows.
