I went from 22 percent bf to 15 in 7 weeks
I ascended crazy
But it was fucked. My biochemical state was so fucked I wanted to kill myself I was so tired and angry
Every day sucked. I didn’t have any cheat meals
I was basically a ufc fighter doing a weight cut
Next time I cut I’m doing reta. I’m never going through that again it’s not even worth it
