making this guide to stop users that are as retarded as me. i personally have been cigarette maxxing now for 6 months. havent noticed any side effects so far so you could say it wasnt too bad but the pathetic results are just not worth the long term investment of ur health. i was able to lower my voice from 91hz to 86.

so extremely minor results no voicecel will transform to chad with this method it will probably just make ur nasolabial folds of doom 1000x worse and descend u.
cigarette maxxing is low iq, look into other stuff to fix your voice like surgery or autistic primal yelling techniques. i have stopped cigarette maxxing yesterday and will never touch them again.

forgot to mention but i was still constantly hungry despite smoking so its not even useful for leanmaxxing.

I used nicotine gum for 2 weeks, 2 4mg nicotine gum per day.
It was great for my apetite, no need to eat.

The bad part was when i tried to stop using it, it felt like my head was being split open for 2 days straight
