Tried light DIY cut for better canthal tilt/hunter eyes.
Thought it would be easy and subtle.

Now flaws:
one eye looks noticeably longer
constant twitching when looking sideways
asymmetry mogs me hard
red scars still visible after 1 week
dry heaving yawns / weird linkage when blinking/moving eyes
feels like mild nerve irritation


I’m coping hard rn, scared it’s perma.

your outer canthus is fine you dont need a canth plasty but more so a canthoplexy. plexy referring to suspending the postion and shape through suturing rather than altering and reshaping like plasty. Also how sterile was this cut to begin with jfl
