stop lifting more than you can. It’s unrealistic. this dudes throwing up and shit.

you don’t just workout a lot and then are able to lift 300 pounds, you have to be bulked like crazy to do so.

bulked = for strength and lifting heavy weights

lean = for aesthetic purposes

ive never deadlifted in my life
squats make me nauseous so i dont do them
havent benched in years

20 min a day doing cables and dumbbells, isolation medium weight medium reps never over exert myself, never and compounds

women run their hands over my six pack saying "that is the sexiest thing ever"
men come up to me at the gym and compliment me saying "its a crime to look that big bruh, how much u bench?"

guys ask what my PRs are and I say I have no fucking clue man, not even 225 on bench and they think I am just humblebragging and I am not, I cant lift that heavy. It's all about hypertrophy not strength
