When you do lip cutting the results are temporary because when it's an open wound the mouth looks wider but when it heals it goes back to normal or can be even worse but if you do do it you would have to do it repeatedly before it heals and honestly i don't think it's worth it there is a risk of infection if it's not disinfected properly and if someone says DNR he is a retard
