Nerve damage is near-unfixable. If you are atleast 5.5-6, you are a fool for doing PE. It seems to work for some people and others it just causes them damage. I wonder if that guy in the youtube comments section has tried bpc-157 or some other peptides or other things that can possibly heal him but it's still unlikely. And i have heard you can get 0.5 just from doing manual stretches which are safe i think so besidse that there's really no reason to be doing PE.

Most of the popular methods on here are ones with high risk like jelqing or noose extenders. Extenders are fine as long as they are a vacuum cup and not the one that sits below your glans. I have a pelvic floor injury although not from PE.

It got better but has not fully resolved even with phisical therapy over the course of 5 years, a tight pelvic floor sucks ass.

I only did it once and it was over for me, i was redpilled and 16 hellbent on doing nofap but i was hella horny so i fapped without nutting woke up the next day and had multiple problems over the course of 5 years which have 80% been resolved but still im not at 100%.

Main thing is don't worry about it, the first two years i thought my life was over and anxiety makes it worse.

Best thing is not even stretching its learning how to breathe and doing breathing exercises. Breath into your stomach not your chest and try and feel like the air is going into your pelvis. That is what basically made it go away for me.

Also if you didn't know fapping with your hand is probably the worst thing you can do if you have a problem like this, if you need to you have to make it somehow resemble sex then it should not be a problem at all.

Pelvic floor is fine when your thrusting at a normal pace, using your hips and everything its predictable and natural. So this might sound weird but either have sex with a girl or use a sex toy I would never a hand if you have a pelvic floor problem im being real.

I did jelqing as well as manual stretching. As I got more advanced (3 months experience) I did bundle stretching and tunica shears for girth.
