Don't EVER let a rhinoplasty surgeon deproject or rotate your nose

My face has been ruined and my philtrum looks like you could land planes on it now. I'll have to get a revision to augment my nose which seems almost impossible to do. If you ever, ever let a narcissistic psychopath surgeon touch your dorsal hump, deproject your tip, or shorten your nose, you are taking a one way trip to a faggot cuckold looking face. It happened to me, it happened to countless others. It's a massive gamble for little to no benefit. Probably negative given that large, projecting noses are ideal for men, actually.

This is my warning to anyone considering rhinoplasty. Besides if you have something seriously wrong, don't get rhinoplasty unless you have a bulbous wide tip. Do NOT let them deproject your nose, file down your dorsal hump, rotate or otherwise deproject the nose. In the vast majority of cases not involving fixing a bulbous and ugly tip, rhinoplasty is retarded and will make you worse off - you have been warned.

Also, I think the below is ideal nose side profile so removing a dorsal hump can be beneficial but nose needs to stay projected. Tip shouldn't be rotated upwards.

Are you referring to de-projection at tip or at bridge? At bridge would sound stupid beyond removing a dorsal hump and obviously definitely not a good idea at tip.

Also in your post you mention the surgeon vertically shorten the nose? Did he do this only by rotation or other means?

A slight dorsal hump such that you have a supratip break is fine, it may even be ideal - i.e. the nose having a little curvature to it rather than being totally flat.

I'm referring to deprojection of both. In general, it's a bad idea. Seems like almost all surgeons deproject and rotate the tip no matter the case. It's incredibly odd and inexplicable. My nose was vertically shortened by reducing the length of the septum.
