Obviously there is a correlation between iq and many other things, but iq is just one factor. You can go to communities in africa where the average iq may be lower than the black community in america, but they have well organized communities, they help each other out, they work together, they are generally content and peaceful. They have industries and production to help them make money. These places may not be building the next princeton or designing a particle collider but that doesnt matter, they are doing better than the black community in america and its not because they have a different iq
