Literally no drawbacks, I'm not 215lbs anymore so some of my lifts are slightly less weight.

All delt exercises machine & db - same weight
Db bicep -5lbs
Db press flat / incline -5lbs
Chest fly -10lbs
Tri pushdown -5lbs
Preacher -10lbs
Didn't do back today
Didn't do legs today
I would've done fb but I was called in to work early

So basically I cut 60lbs from 215lbs-154lbs and barely lost any strength.
I recommend an aggressive cut for anyone 18+
My arms, delts & chest were so fucking pumped and lean I had veins and striations on my fucking shoulders! LOL

When I go on vacation on Wednesday I'll see if my other lifts have done down or not and I'll update.

Btw I didn't lift for the last 6 months of this cut this was my first time since May or June so I'm assuming that strength is going to comeback quick as fuck LOL

Feeling good :) ready to leave the cut behind very soon!
