To preface, this was all my responsibility. I should have known better rather than make baseless assumptions off internet strangers posts. But I will inform others before they make mistakes.
As a person with low appetite, who usually forces himself to eat. I thought leanmaxxing would be an easy way to look better. But as I lost more weight I realised that I had begun to look worse, my nasolabial folds deepened and my eyebags became even more pronounced. My friends would comment about me looking "tired" others thought I looked angry (may have to do with nct eyebrows.) And even my parents told me that I was getting skinny even though she initially liked my weight loss.
If you don't have the right fat pad genetics, leanmaxxing should be at a certain level. Don't fall for the 10%bf meme or anything like that. Stay at a weight where you look healthy, and try to get ripped from there. See if you can lean down after you get muscular. (Training masseters may help with this facially but I would not know.)
