Stretching is good for improving flexibility, range of motion, posture, muscle tension and physical performance. It also reduces stress and promotes relaxation ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ )
I’ve starting stretching every night before bed for 2 days now and I already feel so good. I would recommend everyone start doing it too ⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡
