I just want to say that in my journey, I have faced many challenges and always overcome them. I had surgery many times. But never a nerve stretching one.

The future is going to be bright for you too. Just do all soft and hardmaxxes that don't involve lots of nerve stretching. The thing is a lot of men aren't getting pussy nowadays. Why risk it just live. In 10years OpenAI is going to solve AGI.

JWST will show extraterrestrial life in the next 5-10 years. Genomics will make it possible to live forever. Don't get hung up on shit like this. JUST survive. You will see either one of these two things. 1. destruction of the world. 2. world changing technology 3. war -> its going to be a wild ride.

I have officially been diagnosed with ALS, my Doctor wants me to go to centre for rare Diseases to get a second opinion.

After my surgery 1-month later I had an infection where I took a little bit of antibiotics, this could have caused it aswell.

I want to thank the whole community I have been active on PSL since 2017.

Currently: already have problems with swallowing, can't breathe through mouth (puke), extreme muscle twitching, atrophy in hands and feet (muscle loss)
@Acromegaly_Chad @poopmaster22 @Thompsonz

Im going to upload my official doctors note when I have it.

But aesthetically do you look better now?

Nerves take even longer than bone to fully heal (~5 years). Wouldn’t stress if you had just gotten the surgery

This. Tendons take multiple months up to a year to recover. Nerves can take multiple years.

What? That's a death sentence. You'll be dead in less than 8 years. I don't think it's caused by external factors like getting surgery though. It developes on it's own due to genetics. I hope you don't really have ALS.

What surgery/surgeries have you had? Who was the surgeon? Why do you think that surgeries caused ALS?

If this is true, really sorry to hear OP, hope you recover from this. Really considering even if I should save for face surgery now as I am new to lookmaxxing. If you are free to share may, I ask what surgeries you got?

“Proof follows” then proceeds to not even mention the specific surgery or a single detail about what happened

What kind of surgery did you get? Some proof would be nice as well to confirm/warn us looksmaxxers. If it is real, my condolences to you, such an unfortunate way to go.

Proof or larp tbh. If you do have ALS I’d recommend doing some of the most low inhib shit possible while you still can

Juvenile ALS (which means at your age or below 25 onset) takes longer to progress and kill you.

Hawking had it for 55 years, diagnosed at 21. Jason Becker the guitarist, had it since 20 and how he's like 53.

I still think that there's no way a surgery caused ALS unless you were predisposed to it, ALS is extremely rare at that age.

Proof. There's a serious chance you only have the twitching and you're trolling us.

I would rather be dead next to OP mogging than be dead inside as a subhuman laughingstock that I am now. Ascend or die.

ALS is genetic and caused by cynobacteria

There were huge als clusters in Guam caused by eating bats who ate the cacaud nut that had a neurotoxin in it.

Don’t think stretching tendons or nerves has anything to do with it or you’d see a preponderance in gymnasts and the such.

Speaking about risks - do you know about embolism after fat grafting? How can the risk be minimized? Thanks.
Fatal embolism after body fat grafting is usually from injection into gluteal vein during intramuscular placement of the fat. That is why it is almost never done anymore and the risk is very small if it’s in the subcutaneous layer.

Intramuscular fat grafting into the pecs, deltoids, etc is possible and although there’s never been a reported death from it that’s because the procedure it’s very rare. It can still happen especially with fat grafting into arm muscles. Deltoids and calf are usually grafted in subcutaneous and fascial layers Which is safe.

Facial fat grafting embolism can cause blindness and that’s also pretty rare but it can happen.

I read about facial fat grafting in literature (particularly, eye area) that "aspiration before injection" can significantly reduce the risk, but didn't understand what exactly they meant. Also, lower pressure when injecting and lower speed may help, but I don't know how surgeons are sure they didn't hit a vein or artery in, let's say, undereye area, as it seems to be full of vessels.
